Hebei Fengyuan Green new process for treatment of high concentration degradation-resistant wastewater: FYSO-FengYuan Strengthen Oxidation technology

Reaction principle:

With various types of oxidants as initiators, hydroxyl radicals are generated under certain temperature and pressure conditions to oxidize and decompose organic matter in wastewater. Break the carbon chain bond of the residual organic matter in the wastewater, improve the biodegradability of the wastewater, oxidize and decompose the organic matter in the wastewater into small molecules such as carbon dioxide and water.

FYSO application fields:

1. Used in the treatment of high-concentration sewage such as antibiotics, pesticides, and chemicals: it can effectively oxidize and decompose high-COD organic sewage with a content of 2000-50,000mg / L. The treated sewage can directly enter the biochemical system to continue treatment.

2. Used in the treatment of landfill leachate concentrate: high-efficiency oxidation of organic matter in sewage to reduce COD to 50mg / L.

3. Applied to the treatment of organic waste water with high salt and high COD: used in the early stage of the evaporation process to effectively reduce the COD of the waste water, thereby improving the evaporation efficiency.

4. Applied to the early stage of the salt separation process

(1) Combined with evaporation and crystallization process to separate pure white and clean crystal salt.

(2) Treat RO membrane concentrated water to increase water production rate.
